We pride ourselves on never cutting corners and always using the best ingredients. We also partner with small businesses around the Kansas City metro areas to source our meats, fruits/vegetables, and spices/herbs.

I have known Jessica and her father Tony for a long time, so I knew they would provide a wonderful experience for my wedding. They did not disappoint! My wife and I recently hired Whisk and Roux for our catering needs, and I am having a hard time putting into words how incredibly satisfied we were with their services. We were getting married and needed to accommodate up to 100 people for the wedding, and we wanted to do something a little different than usual. We decided on a brunch menu and I am so happy we did. We wanted something with a "down home" feel to it, and Whisk and Roux went above and beyond our expectations. The menu items were not only delicious, they were also a great fit for some of our friends and family with special dietary needs. With so many options to choose from, everyone was able to enjoy themselves to the fullest. ​ The staff, though small, worked like they were a 10-man team. How three employees could work so diligently and in such unison is beyond me. They were professional and courteous, and very helpful throughout the entire wedding. My wife and I were very pleased with their services and would recommend them to anyone in the Kansas City Metro area looking for quality service and a decadent array of menu items.
